To avoid refusal on arrival, please bring the vaccination cert(s)

Vaccinations must be kept up to date on a yearly basis. If due just before boarding date ensure they are completed 14 days before your cat boards..

No cat will be admitted showing any symptoms of illness, including runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing.

Cats must be treated in advance for fleas and worms before boarding. Any lesions loss of hair or bald areas require veterinary letter in advance.

The expense for any Veterinary attention that may be considered necessary during the cats stay shall be reimbursed by the owner of the cat to the proprietor on the date agreed for collection.

Any cat with any health issues and or on medication must be discussed with the cattery prior to making a booking.

We do not accept cats with diabetes and or/injections

All Collars, Tracking and GPS Devices will be removed, the cattery will not be liable for any damages to any property left by the owner during the cat's stay.

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your cat during its stay.

No responsibility or liability of any kind shall be held to attach to the proprietor or to the owners or occupiers of these premises for any accident or misadventure that may befall a cat or its owner.
